WBM Meeting Room Programming Expert

Contribute to enhancing meeting environments as a Meeting Room Programming Expert  your skills in Q-SYS, Crestron, and Cisco technologies to create effective collaboration solutions throughout Western Canada.

This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting integrated solutions for modern meeting rooms. As a key player in the End User Computing Services team, you will engage in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining sophisticated audiovisual systems to ensure exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop programming for diverse collaboration spaces

• Configure Q-SYS and Crestron devices for optimal performance

• Maintain documentation and address client technical inquiries

• Collaborate on project requirements and finalize system setups

• Conduct functional testing and audio tuning for quality assurance

Requirements:

• At least three years in programming AV and meeting room systems

• Proficient with Q-SYS, Crestron, and Cisco RoomOS

• Understanding of audio DSP, signal flow, and network configurations

• Experience with collaborative platforms like Zoom and Webex

• Programming certifications (Q-SYS, Crestron) preferred
