Onsite IMAC Technician

Compucom Staffing seeks a qualified IMAC Technician for onsite work in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role involves installation, relocation, and setup of IT equipment while ensuring readiness for customers.

The Technician will perform critical IMAC activities for IT equipment, ensuring installations and setups meet quality standards. You need to track assets accurately and communicate effectively with end users and coordinators. This role requires strong attention to detail and time management abilities to meet service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and move desktops, laptops, and monitors

• Set up workstations with proper cabling and labeling

• Complete IMAC activities following work orders

• Verify asset information and maintain records

• Provide friendly user support and escalate issues

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years experience in desktop support or IMAC

• Hands-on IT equipment installation experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and with a team
