Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking a Power Platform Consultant to design and implement scalable Microsoft 365 collaboration, document management, and information management solutions within a complex organizational environment. The consultant will work with stakeholders to develop practical solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies while establishing information architecture, governance, and documentation standards to support future expansion.

• Gather and validate business requirements and translate them into sustainable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Hub Sites.
• Develop centralized document repositories with appropriate permissions, naming conventions, version control, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Establish information architecture, governance frameworks, and access controls.
• Develop and maintain public-facing information or directory solutions using Drupal or similar CMS platforms.
• Create governance documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge-transfer resources.
• Support change management, user adoption, and administrator training.
• Provide implementation recommendations, project updates, issue management, and ongoing technical guidance.
• Develop roadmaps for expanding Microsoft 365 and information management solutions across additional business functions.

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 collaboration and document management solutions, particularly SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Hub Sites, information architecture, document management, records management, and governance.
• Experience with document classification, retention, permissions, access controls, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions while minimizing unnecessary custom development.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience developing governance models, procedures, training materials, and change management resources.
• Experience with Drupal CMS or similar public-facing content management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Education Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline;or College diploma combined with relevant professional experience.
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or collaboration technologies are an asset.
