In this pivotal role at Coalition, you will be responsible for establishing the technical direction of our Data & Analytics platform. With 9-12 years of experience, your expertise in Snowflake, dbt, and Python will drive the creation of reliable data products and optimize data models. Your contributions will directly support critical decision-making in risk management across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set architecture and standards for Snowflake and data platform
• Design governed pipelines for insurance and security data
• Build reusable data products for BI and AI/ML
• Establish security and quality standards for data
• Develop infrastructure for feature engineering and AI applications
Requirements:
• 9-12 years in production data platforms
• Expertise in Snowflake and dbt
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills
• Experience with data pipelines and orchestration tools
• Familiarity with Looker and LookML
