Backed by over 25 years of domain expertise and trusted by Fortune 500 companies, Case IQ has supported the management of millions of cases and helped mitigate billions in financial and reputational risk.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Manager of Dev Ops Engineering to lead our Dev Ops function as a combination of Platform Team and Enabling Team, aligned to Team Topologies principles, across four product lines.
This role is responsible for defining and executing a modern Dev Ops strategy (≈60%), while remaining hands-on (≈40%) to actively guide engineers and development teams in adopting modern practices. The Dev Ops organization exists to enable fast flow, reduce cognitive load for product teams, and provide a reliable, self-service platform for delivery and operations.
The Manager of Dev Ops Engineering will lead 3+ full-time Dev Ops Engineers and coordinate external Dev Ops service providers, partnering closely with Architecture, Development Managers, QA/Test Automation, and Product Management to ensure Dev Ops capabilities are scalable, discoverable, and adopted across teams.
AI-Forward Ways of Working
At Case IQ, AI is part of how we build. We look for engineers who can use AI-assisted development and agentic workflows with strong technical judgment: defining clear intent and constraints, validating outputs, protecting customer data, and keeping humans accountable for production decisions. You will help establish practical patterns for responsible AI use across discovery, design, implementation, testing, observability, and operations.

This role ensures the organization does not rely on Dev Ops as a centralized delivery gate but instead uses Dev Ops to accelerate all teams.
