Lead HR analytics and AI engagements at Tiger Analytics, translating enterprise business challenges into scalable solutions for large clients.
As an HR Analytics Consultant, you will own engagements from inception through completion. You will connect business and technology, manage senior stakeholders, and guide data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts. The work supports enterprise HR data and analytics transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Own client engagements from inception through completion
Translate business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions
Manage and expand senior client stakeholder relationships
Lead cross-functional data and analytics delivery teams
Ensure high-quality project execution and client experiences
Requirements:
9-15 years of professional work experience
At least 5 years in HR analytics

Experience with enterprise HR data transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs
Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent experience
Apply HR analytics, stakeholder management, and AI consulting expertise to enterprise transformation engagements at Tiger Analytics.
