This Technical Program Manager II drives execution across Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support. You will translate strategic priorities into delivery plans while supporting reliable solutions for customer and business expectations. The work spans globally distributed cloud and internet technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the product roadmap
Coordinate roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Identify risks, impacts, and contingency plans
Track backlogs, dependencies, milestones, and outstanding work
Report progress, risks, and expectation changes to senior leadership
Requirements:
At least five years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification
Demonstrated experience using Jira and Confluence
Experience managing dependencies and accurate project plans
Familiarity with DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP
Bring technical program management, cloud coordination, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication skills to large-scale initiatives in Canada.
