Personal Lines​/Autopac Broker

Our boutique brokerage client in Winnipeg has been delivering exceptional insurance options to local for an extended period. They are seeking a Personal Lines Broker who possesses a deep enthusiasm for insurance and a strong commitment to assisting businesses in safeguarding their assets.

This Personal Lines Broker will manage a book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies, assess and evaluate risks, and determine coverage levels to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Base salary depending on relevant experience, between $50,000 - $65,000 + commissions on new business
• Health benefits, paid vacation and sick days
• Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company

• Manage a book of business in Personal Lines, start to finish servicing process
• Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
• Answer phone calls from clients when available
• Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
• Complete policy reviews and renewals
• Assist Autopac transactions

• Valid Level 1 license in Manitoba. Level 2 preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines and Autopac experience
  
  Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge in BMS software
