Key Responsibilities:

• Create and monitor initiative management plans

• Define and manage scope with Claims Leaders

• Evaluate current organizational baselines

• Engage regional teams to ensure quality deliverables

• Lead analysis of system and business requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years in property and casualty insurance

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

• Completed CIP or Business Analysis designation

• Proven experience in agile practices and corporate initiatives

• Strong leadership skills in team settings
