Policy Service Administrator

• Manage assigned policy service requests from initiation through completion

• 2+ years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in advisor service roles
• Knowledge of life insurance products, industry concepts and terminology
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
• Proficiency with Wealth Serv and Microsoft Office applications
