ONE Insurance seeks experienced insurance professionals to provide top-quality counsel on Autopac and Driver Licensing products. In this role, you'll foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements. Your expertise will ensure every customer receives tailored coverage options and becomes aware of our extensive services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create outstanding customer service experiences for all clients
• Handle all Auto Insurance transactions promptly and professionally
• Follow Auto Customer Service Standards for optimal coverage options
• Actively cross-sell additional auto extension products
• Support Personal Lines processing and other related duties
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of insurance or customer service experience
• Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check required
• Organized and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and team player skills
• Manitoba General Insurance License preferred
