Lead Claims Analyst Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management and planning for initiatives

• Work with Claims Leadership to define and manage risks

• Ensure delivery quality across assigned initiatives

• Coach and mentor team members on projects

Requirements:

• Seven years minimum in property and casualty insurance

• Degree or equivalent training in relevant fields

• Completed CIP or Business Analysis certification

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Familiarity with agile, scrum, and lean methodologies
