Employee Benefits Administrator  As an Employee Benefits Administrator you will be supporting a team of insurance advisors by managing group insurance policies for our Total Guard Employee Benefit Group Insurance Program.
Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like   Process incoming client requests, new group information, client communications, plan changes and upload relevant forms and documents to our internal policy system.
Process and track claims, review new business applications, assemble enrolment packages, and follow up with clients to obtain missing information.
Process and distribute incoming departmental mail and update information for plan member policies.
Provide basic accounting operations support as well as Marketing and communications support.
The value you bring   1 - 3 years Administration; experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is an asset.
Experience in a customer facing service role an asset
Excellent attention to detail with strong computer skills and experience navigating multiple computer systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
