Experienced Auto Advisor at ONE Insurance

Location: Morden

Join ONE Insurance as an Auto Advisor in Morden and blend your customer service skills with insurance knowledge. Support clients through personalized advice on Autopac and Driver Licensing.

In this term role lasting until November 2027, you will be essential to the ONE Insurance team. Your primary focus will be delivering personalized coverage options and establishing strong client relationships. By understanding customer needs, you'll help them navigate their insurance choices seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on their Autopac and Driver Licensing needs

• Facilitate all transactions with professionalism and friendliness

• Utilize the Prospector Program to create leads

• Assist in cross-selling auto extension products to clients

• Support with tasks assigned from the Personal Lines team

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of insurance or customer service experience

• Manitoba General Insurance License considered a plus

• Knowledge of Applied EPIC broker management system is a benefit

• Organized with a keen eye for detail

• Clear criminal record and valid driver's license required
