Personal Lines Insurance Advisor Role

Location: Stonewall

In this position, you will report to the Regional Manager and play a crucial role in supporting clients with their personal insurance needs. Building strong relationships and cross-selling services are essential for success in meeting individual sales targets and managing your Personal Lines Book effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert advice on personal insurance coverage

• Meet annual sales and growth objectives

• Retain and enhance your Personal Lines Book

• Conduct policy reviews with clients

• Handle Autopac transactions and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years managing personal lines experience

• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License

• Experience with comprehensive insurance lines is preferred

• Understanding of EPIC software is a plus

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
