Your work will involve processing personal lines policies and understanding client needs to recommend suitable insurance products. This role focuses on effective communication and a dedication to client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage personal lines policies efficiently

• Identify client needs and propose relevant insurance packages

• Collect premiums and promote company services

• Support clients in emergency situations and claim processes

• Maintain a premium book of over $600K under supervision

Requirements:

• Level 2 Brokers Insurance license is mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage pressure in fast-paced settings

• Knowledge of insurance risk management activities
