Insurance Professional - Auto Advisor

The role of Auto Advisor is essential for fostering relationships with clients while guiding them through their insurance decisions regarding Autopac and Driver Licensing. You'll be responsible for creating a positive experience and identifying the best coverage solutions for their needs. Additionally, you will be cross-selling different insurance products from our extensive lineup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service in every interaction
• Complete Auto Insurance transactions professionally
• Leverage the Prospector Program to acquire new leads
• Adhere to Auto Customer Service Standards for transactions
• Offer support for Personal Lines in processing duties
Requirements:
• At least one year of related experience in insurance or customer service
• Manitoba General Insurance License is a plus
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC management system helpful
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clear criminal record check and valid driver's license required
