• Assist Auto Pac customers with transactions, renewals, and inquiries
• Provide clear product and service information to help clients make confident decisions
• Offer insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs
• Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance policies
• Maintain MPI and office inventory
• Support basic administrative functions within the Personal Lines department

• Customer service experience (insurance or similar client-focused role preferred)
• Level 1 insurance license or completion of Fundamentals of Insurance
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience with Applied Epic and/or MPI IWS is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people
