Personal Insurance Advisor at ONE Insurance

Join ONE Insurance as a Personal Insurance Advisor, providing exceptional counsel and building rapport with clients in Manitoba. Leverage your experience to offer tailored insurance solutions for personal lines.

We are looking for an experienced professional to become a Personal Insurance Advisor and contribute to our customer-focused team. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with existing and new clients while offering various coverage options to meet their needs. You'll also become familiar with our other business lines, enhancing cross-selling opportunities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual growth and sales targets annually

• Prospect and act on new customer leads

• Retain and grow Personal Lines Book of Business

• Manage daily operations and paper flow with insurance markets

• Support Autopac transactions and other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in Personal Lines insurance management

• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License

• Experience in other lines of insurance as an asset

• Familiarity with EPIC is preferred

• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills
