At ONE Insurance, we seek an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Advisor. This role focuses on providing expert advice on personal lines insurance and requires building strong rapport with new and existing clients. As a critical member of the team, you will also cross-sell products while managing a Personal Lines Book of Business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet established annual growth and sales goals

• Prospect new business and manage leads effectively

• Ensure retention and growth of the Personal Lines Book

• Handle daily operations with various insurance markets

• Provide support for Autopac transactions as necessary

Requirements:

• At least two years managing Personal Lines book of business

• Current Level 2 or 3 insurance license in Manitoba

• Knowledge of other lines of insurance considered advantageous

• Experience with EPIC is a plus

• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
