Steinbach Auto Insurance Advisor Position

Become an Auto Insurance Advisor with ONE Insurance in Steinbach and make a difference in clients' lives. This role allows you to blend technical knowledge with superior customer service.

In this key position, you will advise clients on their Autopac and Driver Licensing options, ensuring every customer feels welcomed. Building strong rapport with your assigned clients and identifying their unique insurance needs are crucial to this role's success. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counsel on Autopac and licensing products

• Generate leads using the Prospector Program with every transaction

• Act in line with ONE Insurance service standards for coverage options

• Actively cross-sell auto extension products and services

• Assist Personal Lines with processing duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of customer service or insurance experience

• Knowledge of Manitoba General Insurance License is a plus

• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills

• Effective communication and teamwork approach

• Clear criminal record check and valid driver’s license
