Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service for every interaction
• Complete all auto insurance transactions professionally
• Use the Prospector Program to identify new client leads
• Follow established service standards for optimal insurance coverage
• Assist with personal lines processing and related tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of experience in insurance or customer service
• Manitoba General Insurance License advantageous but not essential
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is beneficial
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check needed
