Your responsibilities will range from inspecting damage to writing detailed estimates, always ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and quantify claims for physical damage

• Travel as necessary to manage catastrophe claims

• Collaborate with stakeholders for claim resolutions

• Document all processes accurately and thoroughly

• Assist in mentoring and training less experienced staff

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of property adjusting experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Valid driver’s license required

• Actively pursuing a CIP designation

• Strong negotiation and client engagement skills
