In this key role, you'll act as an onsite resource for other Brokers while delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to clients. Your responsibilities include documenting updates in agency systems, logging customer assistance inquiries, and providing accurate insurance quotes. A minimum of five years in the insurance industry is required, along with strong analytical and sales skills, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide insurance advice and handle quotes efficiently
• Assist in improving customer service and retention
• Maintain accurate documentation in insurance software
• Educate clients about insurance coverage options
• Process payments and endorsements promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in the insurance field
• General Insurance License Level 2 or higher
• Strong problem-solving abilities needed
• Familiarity with broker management systems preferred
• Relevant education in insurance or business
