Candidates should be native Punjabi speakers with strong English writing skills and experience in large language models. You will conduct evaluations that include checking facts and assessing the reasoning and tone of responses while working independently to enhance AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fact-checking using reliable public sources

• Generate data on response strengths and weaknesses

• Evaluate clarity, tone, and completeness of model responses

• Align output with conversational behavior guidelines

• Work asynchronously to optimize model performance
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Native Punjabi speaker with excellent English writing

• Experience with large language models essential

• Strong attention to detail in evaluations

• Background in analytical thinking preferred
