Enhance public safety as a Technical Services Manager at Axon, located in Canada. Lead the deployment of systems while ensuring excellent customer support in this essential, hands-on position.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation of network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon’s Fleet systems. Your leadership will be essential in managing installations, providing administrative support, and conducting trainings for customers and other stakeholders while upholding Axon’s mission to protect life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate network and Fleet installations efficiently
• Update stakeholders regularly on installation progress
• Develop detailed installation diagrams and documentation
• Conduct training for using Axon Fleet solutions
• Engage with key decision-makers post-installation
Requirements:
• Familiarity with vehicle communication systems and electronics
• Previous experience in team leadership and project management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving aptitude in technical settings
• Valid experience working near law enforcement agencies
