Bilingual Product Support Representative

As part of the Mac Don team, you will support product troubleshooting, customer interactions, and training for dealers and end-users. This role emphasizes building relationships with dealers to ensure effective product use and satisfaction. You will work closely with product specialists and provide valuable feedback to design teams based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve product issues
• Lead investigations and create detailed troubleshooting reports
• Develop relationships with dealer support personnel
• Instruct technical training for dealers and end-users
• Perform product demonstrations and support sales efforts
Requirements:
• Related University or College Degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and French, written and verbal
• Strong skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment operations
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel
