Key Responsibilities:- Identify parts using manufacturer manuals and support technicians
- Review estimates and source parts efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the service team and clients
- Maintain accurate records and track inventory levels
- Apply critical thinking to overcome challenges in sourcing
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
