Standard Aero is seeking a motivated Articling Student for a one-year articling term starting in May 2027 with our in-house Legal team in Winnipeg to support its Commercial Engine Services division. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience advising a global aerospace company while working alongside experienced in‑house counsel and business leaders.

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
- Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused legal support;
- Support legal operations and practice management;
- Assist with corporate, regulatory and transactional matters; and
- Support dispute resolution and other legal initiatives.
- Law student/graduate eligible to article in Manitoba in 2027
