Role:
Supply Chain Analyst / Planner
Position Purpose
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for the scheduling, monitoring, and communication of the daily production plan in line with MPS and SIOP. The position ensures material availability to support customer service and efficient production. The role is also a key user of the WMS / ERP system for warehouse control, inventory management, inventory validation, audits, and quality control updates.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.
- Monitor raw material and packaging inventories to support scheduled production.
- Coordinate with production to align schedules with capacity and labor availability.
- Facilitate shipping and receiving of finished goods and raw materials, including documentation and WMS updates.
- Track and report finished goods inventory levels.
- Participate in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP / planning systems.
- Support reporting on supply chain KPIs including schedule adherence, inventory levels, DIO, and OTIF.
- Participate in inventory validation, audits, and quality control activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in supply scheduling, logistics, inventory control, distribution, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.

- Self‑motivated with minimal supervision

Technical Competencies
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with WMS / ERP and inventory control systems
- SAP experience is an asset
- Ability to work outside regular office hours as required
