Position: Carfair Composites Supply Chain Leader

This role offers you the opportunity to maximize operational efficiencies across the Fabrication division. You'll be responsible for developing supply chain strategies aligned with financial goals while leading a team focused on continuous improvement and risk management. Reporting to the Lead Director of Business Operations, your leadership will help ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end supply chain strategy development

• Execute procurement and sourcing operations

• Ensure materials management optimizes service levels

• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective controls

• Implement performance monitoring for operational excellence
Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration

• 8+ years as a supply chain leader

• Experience in multi-site environments

• Familiarity with ERP systems

• Business acumen for complex environments
