Supply Planning Manager at IEM

Join IEM as a Supply Planning Manager and shape future power solutions. This role focuses on supply strategies, capacity planning, and aligning with customer demand to drive success.

As a key player at IEM, you'll oversee the enterprise supply plan and manage rough-cut capacity planning. You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between supply chain and operations, impacting our Sales & Operations Planning cycle significantly. Collaborate with teams to enhance product availability and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the enterprise supply plan with effective capacity strategies

• Lead monthly S&OP reviews to address supply constraints

• Serve as the main contact for plant Operations teams

• Oversee Master Schedulers to align production schedules

• Identify supply imbalances and propose resolution strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply planning or S&OP

• Proficient in ERP systems, especially INFOR/Syte Line

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for complex modeling

• Strong understanding of MPS and capacity planning
