Overview

IEM is seeking a skilled Supply Planning Manager to own the enterprise supply plan. This position requires expertise in rough‑cut capacity planning and serves as a key liaison between supply chain and operations. Your efforts will directly influence the success of the company’s Sales & Operations Planning cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the enterprise supply plan through capacity planning
Lead monthly S&OP reviews and communicate supply constraints
Serve as contact point for plant Operations teams
Oversee Master Schedulers for production schedule alignment
Identify imbalances and develop resolution scenarios

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years in supply planning or S&OP
Experience with MPS and capacity planning
Proficient in ERP systems; INFOR/Syte Line preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for modeling

Drive effective supply chain execution and ensure product availability at IEM.
