As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will Own the coordination of ingredient availability that keeps our production facilities running efficiently. You’ll work closely with Supply Management, Formulation, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and external suppliers to manage purchasing activities, monitor inventory risks, support procurement reporting, and resolve discrepancies. By applying your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you’ll help drive data‑driven decisions that support manufacturing continuity, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance.

You are someone who Owns accountability and thrives in a collaborative, rapid‑paced supply chain environment. You bring strong numerical and organizational skills, communicate effectively across teams and cultures, and take pride in building trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You’re detail‑oriented, proactive, and motivated to make a tangible impact on operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Degree in supply chain, operations, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of related experience in Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, or Supply Chain
- Experience in grain operations and elevation (considered an asset)
- Experience with forecasting and sales & operations planning, preferably in the animal feed industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet strict timelines
- Well‑developed computer skills (MS Office), database management, CRM M3, and strong mathematical aptitude
