St. Boniface Hospital Supply Attendant

Make a difference at Shared Health as a Supply Attendant in St. Boniface Hospital, Manitoba. This full-time, in-person position requires expertise in supply chain management and software proficiency in Excel and SAP.

The role is positioned within Distribution Services 2, aimed at improving supply processes. Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of experience and knowledge of Lean principles. You'll create Excel documents, handle supply carts, and manage SAP workflows to support healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manipulate supply carts effectively throughout the facility

• Monitor and update Excel spreadsheets for inventory accuracy

• Execute SAP transactions related to supply chain management

• Apply Lean principles in daily activities

• Lift and transport moderately heavy supplies as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience as a Supply Attendant

• Grade XII or recognized equivalent education

• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel

• Familiarity with SAP supply chain systems

• Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
