Drive production efficiency and supply chain effectiveness as a Production Planning Manager at Medexus Pharma. Oversee planning processes that ensure reliable product supply while optimizing inventory and costs.

In this pivotal role, the Manager will support Medexus' global supply chain by leading daily production planning activities. You will work closely with commercial operations, finance, and external partners to align on supply and production plans while enhancing continuous improvement initiatives across inventory and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead routine S&OP processes for the product portfolio

• Develop actionable supply and production plans with partners

• Manage inventory planning and safety stock levels

• Coordinate procurement and track supplier commitments

• Monitor and manage production timing and service risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain

• Knowledge of S&OP, inventory planning, and procurement

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Net Suite
