IEM Supply Planning Manager

Position: IEM Supply Planning Manager Role

In this influential position at IEM, you'll manage the enterprise supply plan, ensuring efficient capacity planning and facilitating seamless communication between the supply chain and operations teams. Your efforts will be key to optimizing our Sales & Operations Planning processes and ensuring product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate the enterprise supply plan through strategic capacity planning

• Lead monthly S&OP reviews to communicate any supply constraints

• Act as the liaison for plant Operations teams

• Oversee alignment of production schedules with Master Schedulers

• Identify potential supply imbalances and create resolution scenarios

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering

• At least 5 years of supply planning or S&OP experience

• Experience with MPS and capacity planning principles

• Skilled in ERP systems, preferably INFOR/Syte Line

• Advanced Excel skills for supply chain modeling and analysis
