Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain customer orders in the Direct Project Management System
• Handle purchase order entries and track all project orders
• Expedite orders and reconcile billings with purchase orders
• Coordinate communication between vendors, sales, and customers
• Process shop drawings for approval and record keeping
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant project coordination experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to nurture business relationships with all stakeholders
• Capable of working effectively within time constraints
