Position: Equals Brewing Supply Chain Leadership
Shape the future of supply chain operations at Equals Brewing Company as a Supply Chain Manager. This permanent, full-time role focuses on optimizing processes from procurement to delivery.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will manage the entire supply chain, including procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys tackling challenges and improving operational efficiency. A collaborative approach is essential as you work closely with brewing, packaging, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and production planning activities

• Optimize inventory levels and material flow

• Monitor and address potential supply chain constraints

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries

• Lead customer communication on production planning

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in supply chain or operations

• Proven experience in supply chain management
