Drive success in client satisfaction as a Supply Chain Planner age production flow and optimize delivery metrics while working onsite at The Chance.
Cosmetica is hiring a Supply Chain Planner who will handle crucial client orders and facilitate communication between teams. This position centers around ensuring timely deliveries while addressing any potential roadblocks. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in manufacturing settings and be adept at negotiation and critical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor orders to ensure On Time & In Full deliveries
• Actively participate in site operational meetings
• Handle customer order revisions and cancellations
• Create and maintain planning related documentation
• Report on OTIF performance and client metrics
Requirements:
• College degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3+ years of relevant client experience
• CPIM/CSCP certification preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to analyze complex issues
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
