Power Solutions Supply Planning Manager

Become a Supply Planning Manager with IEM and help shape the future of power solutions. This essential role focuses on supply strategies, capacity planning, and meeting customer demands.

In your new role at IEM, you'll be responsible for the enterprise supply plan and rough-cut capacity planning, providing critical insights to align operations with supply chain goals. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in refining our Sales & Operations Planning cycle while collaborating with various teams to ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine the enterprise supply plan using capacity planning

• Manage monthly S&OP reviews, addressing supply constraints

• Serve as a key contact for plant Operations teams

• Supervise Master Schedulers to ensure production schedule alignment

• Identify imbalances and craft resolution scenarios

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning or S&OP

• Proficient knowledge of MPS and capacity planning tools

• Familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for INFOR/Syte Line

• Advanced Excel skills for accurate modeling and analysis

Contribute to optimization and product availability in supply chain execution at IEM.
