Position: Senior Supply Chain Specialist at DIVA
DIVA International Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist for a 12-month maternity leave contract. Support inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain operations remotely from Ontario, Canada.

This role involves managing inventory, collaborating on production planning, and enhancing supply chain efficiency. The Specialist will engage in purchasing, assembly coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring timely fulfillment in Canadian and U.S. warehouses. Ideal for candidates with experience in supply chain, inventory management, and operations analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and forecast demand across multiple warehouses

• Coordinate assembly operations with manufacturing partners

• Monitor vendor performance and support purchasing processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting

• Ensure compliance with quality management standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in supply chain or operations analysis

• Strong analytical skills with forecasting and MRP systems

• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing operations

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
