Position: Aerospace Operational Buyer Role

This role requires a seasoned Operational Buyer with a minimum of 8 years' experience and expertise in aerospace purchasing. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts for excellent value and managing supplier relationships to enhance quality and compliance. Candidates should be skilled in analyzing purchase costs and proactively seeking cost-saving measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solicit and analyze quotations based on RFQs

• Negotiate best pricing with suppliers

• Participate in meetings to track purchase plan performance

• Manage discrepancies and non-conformance with products

• Mentor new buyers on cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

• 8 years' experience in purchasing and procurement

• Technical or business diploma required

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
