Your Role

As Logistics Supervisor
, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.

Your Scope Includes
  • Leading and developing a unionized shipping team while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement
  • Coordinating daily shipping operations to ensure on-time delivery and smooth plant flow
  • Monitoring inventory accuracy and ensuring alignment between production and logistics
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize shipping performance
  • Collaborating with production, customer service, and external partners to resolve delays and issues
  • Supporting workforce planning, training, and performance management activities
  • Ensuring health, safety, and operational standards are consistently applied
What You Bring
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced, operational setting
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage performance and support employee development
  • Experience working in a unionized environment (asset)
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Experience with inventory control and production-logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (asset)
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive change
