Detail-Oriented Parts Consultant Role

Join the Birchwood team as a Parts Consultant and play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position focuses on inventory management and excellent service delivery in a vibrant retail environment.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will typically work from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts. Key duties include accurate tracking of parts inventory, assisting technicians in finding necessary parts, and rectifying any discrepancies. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a team will significantly enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate tracking of parts inventory

• Support technicians with sourcing parts needed for service

• Resolve discrepancies between physical and computerized inventories

• Verify all invoices accurately before submission

• Maintain strong customer and team relationships

Requirements:

• Proven focus on customer satisfaction

• Experience with ADP or CDK preferred

• Knowledge of aftermarket and tire parts an advantage

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation
