Position: Experienced Logistics Supervisor Needed
Become an integral part of our warehouse as an Experienced Logistics Supervisor. Your expertise in logistics planning, team coordination, and inventory management will drive performance.

In this permanent role, you will supervise a dedicated team of 5-10 people, ensuring that operational logistics are effectively managed. The position requires meticulous organization to plan logistics and maintain inventory accurately. Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused communication will make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics operations and workflows

• Plan and implement logistics strategies effectively

• Prepare data-driven reports for management

• Facilitate training and development for staff

• Coordinate material requisitions and inventory maintenance

Requirements:

• College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing software

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work efficiently under pressure
