Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier assessments and audits for performance evaluation
• Conduct process sign-offs and trainings for suppliers
• Lead supplier development initiatives for new programs
• Track audit findings, corrective actions, and performance metrics
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in automotive or supply chain
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and quality tools
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data management
