As a critical member of our organization, you will ensure timely delivery of fabricated materials based on project schedules. You will also manage the accurate reporting process within the ERP system, overseeing contract closures at project completion. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure exceptional customer service throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate timely ordering of materials with contractors

• Create accurate shop orders from approved drawings

• Conduct quality checks before product delivery

• Manage shipping schedules and outsource freight

• Ensure prompt billing processes with accounting

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Bilingual in English and French is required
