As a key player at GWLRA, the Loading Dock Master ensures efficiency in managing all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will handle everything from Canada Post to food deliveries while coordinating materials and maintaining records in our systems. Your organizational skills will contribute to our vibrant community commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the receipt, shipping, and distribution of goods
• Verify documentation and ensure accuracy of shipments
• Coordinate pickups and manage disposal of pallets
• Enter and maintain tracking data in SAP and other systems
• Monitor contractor access and maintain security protocols
Requirements:
• Experience in shipping and receiving operations
• High school diploma and organized approach
• Forklift training preferred
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
