Lead last mile operations onsite in Winnipeg with logistics expertise, safety focus, and Microsoft Office experience at RXO.
As Last Mile Operations Supervisor, you will guide associates toward maximum productivity, professionalism, and error-free performance. You will assign work, monitor activities, manage inventory, and support safe equipment use. The role requires supervisory and logistics or transportation experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign work activities and monitor group performance
- Instruct associates on equipment and maintenance procedures
- Maintain tools, materials, and supply availability
- Oversee equipment use and safety procedure adherence
- Manage inventory and resolve productivity issues
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Five years of logistics or transportation experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication, mathematics, and analytical abilities
